While Barb was preparing marketing materials, another interesting relationship was developing.
One of Barbs colleagues had received a direct inquiry from a West Coast family with a child attending a local private school. They were very familiar with the Sothebys International Realty brand in their city and wished to work with a Seacoast agent within the same network. They reached out to our team, describing their background and wish list, which included finding a home in the Seacoast area. Specifically, a waterfront location where you could hear waves lapping against the shore, see the bustlingboating activity of a Seacoast town and experience a genuine sense of community.
Over several months, our team had shown them a few active listings but none felt like the right fit. Then, at a company sales meeting, Barb announced that she was preparing to list a spectacular waterfront property in New Castle. The details were shared with the buyerclients and they expressed interest in seeing it as soon as possible.

Our teamreceived permission to show the property prior to its formal MLS launch. The wife flew to the East Coast for the viewing and, upon visiting New Castle, fell in love with the towns antique, old world charm.
