Philosophy

I believe that fairness and honesty are in everyone’s best interest and conduct myself accordingly in my professional and personal lives. I engage with my clients as partners. Advocating for and protecting them will always be my priority, while I strive for win-win outcomes.

Experience and Education

My career began with 20+ years in the technology field, where I developed sales and marketing skills which became the foundation for my professional success. When I transitioned to the real estate industry in 2004, I applied keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to assist buyer and seller clients. Since then, I have also served as managing broker of offices in Portsmouth, Hampton, and Exeter. I am a past three-term treasurer and board member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors. My formal education includes a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Vermont, and executive-level coursework at the University of California, Berkeley.

Community and Personality

My wife, Mary, and I reside in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire where we raised our three children. You might say I am an experienced New Englander, having lived in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont as well, over the past 20+ years. We have also called New York and San Francisco, California home for a bit. I am a past member of our town Planning Board and a former youth sports coach. When not engaged with real estate, you may find me walking on a local beach with our golden retriever, Dora, boating in our coastal waters, biking along the ocean, or playing some golf (9 holes preferred) or guitar (usually not in public). We also love to travel the world, so if you see someone who looks like me in Portugal, Spain or Germany (anywhere, really), please say hello!
