Investing in real estate can be intensely personal and for many, it is one of the biggest decisions of their life. It is not just a choice about a piece of land or a building that shelters one’s family or business. It is about creating a place that you feel deeply connected to and reflects who you are. Philosophy

Investing in real estate can be intensely personal and for many, it is one of the biggest decisions of their life. It is not just a choice about a piece of land or a building that shelters one’s family or business. It is about creating a place that you feel deeply connected to and reflects who you are. Architecture is in my blood. My father was an architectural engineer and he instilled in me an appreciation for the value of space that suits a client’s personal lifestyle. For some, this means a design that is streamlined with simple lines and geometry. For others it can mean beginning from the ground up, creating something unique and fully customized. And then there are those who - like me - want space with history and old-world character. Each of these choices deserves a high level of attention to detail, research aptitude and writing skills. These are the areas of expertise that I bring to the already professional real estate services that Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty delivers.

Experience & Education

Joining Tony Jalbert and the Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty team has been an exciting career transition for me. The pace of our office is quick, our clients are discerning and the team is the best in the field. I have 30 years of legal expertise and real estate transaction knowledge, which have enabled me to add immediate value to our team. My unique skill set includes extensive research and professional opinions that support and expedite complicated transactions, ultimately delivering a high level of satisfaction for our clients. In addition, my ability to communicate effectively with other professionals and clients has contributed to our success. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Douglass College, Rutgers University and later received by JD from William and Mary Law School in Virginia.

Community & Personality
As a longtime resident of Portsmouth with three children in the Portsmouth public school system, I am very passionate about being engaged in and supporting the community. In 2009, in collaboration with Portsmouth School District Administrators, I launched the non-profit, Project Safety Association, (PSA). PSA quickly became a leader in youth substance abuse prevention and safety programming on the Seacoast. It was through leading this organization for over ten years that I learned how to successfully navigate state and municipal organizations and political offices, and to plan and implement complex programs and successful marketing and fundraising campaigns. This experience has given me broad exposure on the Seacoast and led to my involvement with other community organizations, such as 3S Artspace in Portsmouth, the Morgan Franklin Fellowship Foundation (a financial literacy organization for youth) and the Professional Conduct and Grievance Committees for the NH Real Estate Commission.
