Philosophy:

After 20 years of representing buyers and sellers throughout the Seacoast area, my enthusiasm for real estate remains as strong as ever. There is nothing better than helping clients navigate a potentially cumbersome and stressful process. When you start out on the right path, it can be smooth sailing. It is important to find a Realtor who feels like a good fit...someone you can communicate with comfortably and confidentially. My priority is to exceed your expectations at every opportunity. As an experienced, full-time agent, I understand the nuances of an ever-changing market and am well versed on both local inventory and lifestyle amenities.  

Experience and Education:

I have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in retail, food and beverage management, and commodities brokerage, where I developed excellent customer service skills. My real estate career began at Coldwell Banker Residential Services as a Realtor and Relocation Specialist, where I created a specialized ‘Welcome Tour' and was recognized as a Sterling Silver Recipient. As part of my continued commitment to education, I have completed courses at the University of New Hampshire.

Community and Personality:

My love of the Seacoast area began on the sand at Jenness Beach. I am the second youngest of nine children who were blessed to spend every summer in an oceanfront cottage. Legend has it that my brother had the first surf board ever to be seen at Rye Beach...a photo is on display at my nephews' surf shop, Summer Sessions! It was easy to form countless friendships with many Rye families...from traditional Sunday softball games, summer fashion shows and Abenaqui golf and tennis, to Beach Club swimming, tandem surfing and spectacular 4th of July bonfires. I currently reside in North Hampton with my husband Greg; our children, Bridget and Tanner, live nearby. I have been an avid supporter of Families First Health & Support Center for many years.
