Philosophy 
One of the highlights of my real estate career is meeting and working with people from many different backgrounds. Each client relationship is unique, challenging, and rewarding all at the same time. I am dedicated to providing exemplary service, always striving to bring a positive attitude and boundless enthusiasm to real estate transactions of any size and complexity. I offer the value-added service of home staging for my seller clients prior to launching a new listing. This process begins with developing a profile of the ideal buyer and staging the home to appeal to that specific lifestyle. This ensures the best presentation of the property online -- a buyer’s first “viewing” -- and onsite during showings.

Experience & Education
I have a solid sales and marketing background, which includes a 13-year career with American Express Travel Related Services. I had the pleasure of working with principals in the hospitality industry to market their business cooperatively with the American Express brand and expand their presence throughout New Hampshire and Maine. This valuable experience provided me the essential skills to help clients successfully negotiate and close deals. During this time, I served on the board of directors for the NH Lodging and Restaurant Association. In 2008, I transitioned into residential real estate as a sales agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. When the opportunity to affiliate with luxury leader Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty presented itself, I moved forward with great excitement. I have a “green” designation, with expertise in helping homeowners understand how to make their homes more efficient, minimize their energy expenses and benefit from tax deductions. I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing from The Ohio State University.

Community & Personality 
I’m a 35-year resident of the Maine and New Hampshire Seacoast area. My husband Jonathan and I met in Portsmouth, married and raised our two children, Madeline and Thomas, in the rural coastal town of Eliot, Maine. With our dog “Lucky,” we now live in Rye NH, where we completed the construction of our forever home. I’m dedicated to the Seacoast efforts of Share Our Strength and a member of Wentworth by the Sea Country Club, NH Women’s Golf Association, Rye Public Library, Portsmouth Elks Lodge and The Ohio State University Alumni Association. I enjoy cooking, baking,  golfing, boating, hiking, dancing, walks on the beach, and visiting friends with and relatives. I’m an avid sports fan, from local athletics to college and NFL football and I also have a special place in my heart for Women's gymnastics.
