Our Communities
Rochester
Rochester, or the Lilac City as it’s known by locals, is the largest city in the seacoast region and fourth largest in the state. Conveniently located as a gate-way to the Lakes Region, the White Mountains and the Seacoast, this community enjoys many conveniences of the city while maintaining small-town New England traditions. Economic development has enabled the growth of tech companies, retail and an overall revitalization of the historic downtown district. Home to historical, cultural and recreation highlights, there is plenty to do in Rochester, including access to museums, theatre, public parks, walking and hiking trails, camping and shopping.
